J'ai fais quelque recherches : d'apres wikipedia :
"Cocaine's affects certain serotonin (5-HT) receptors; in particular, it has been shown to antagonize the 5-HT3 receptor, which is a ligand-gated ion channel. The overabundance of 5-HT3 receptors in
cocaine conditioned rats display this trait, however the exact effect of 5-HT3 in this process is unclear.[60] The 5-HT2 receptor (particularly the subtypes 5-HT2AR, 5-HT2BR and 5-HT2CR) are involved in the locomotor-activating effects of
cocaine.[61]"
L'
abilify agit sur les recepteurs 5-HT2 A B et C aussi, donc ça risque de potentialiser les effets. Cependant sur la page wiki ils ne precisent pas AR juste A. Je ne sais pas si il y a une difference.
Le
tercian, je cite :
"Cyamemazine differs from other phenothiazine neuroleptics in that aside from the usual profile of
dopamine, ?1-adrenergic, H1, and mACh receptor antagonism,[7] it additionally produces potent blockade of several serotonin receptors, including 5-HT2A, 5-HT2C, and 5-HT7.[7][8][9][10] These actions have been implicated in
cyamemazine's anxiolytic effects (5-HT2C) and lack of extrapyramidal side effects (5-HT2A),[7][8] and despite being classified as a typical antipsychotic, it actually behaves like an atypical antipsychotic.[11]"
Le
tercian agit sur les recepteurs 5-HT2A et C, comme l'
abilify. Il y a probablement potentialisation.
Donc je vais doser tres petit, pour eviter les OD.
Tu as déjà testé la
coke sous
tercian ? Tu n'as pas eu de problemes ?
